In 2015, Drs. Joel Baldomir and Julia Hood founded The Academy of Organization, Management & Leadership which is now known as Eleven Evergreen. After serving as college faculty and an organizational consultant for over fifteen years, Dr. Baldomir saw a need for accessible, quality leadership training. Dr. Hood has spent most of her career in higher education designing online courses and degree programs. Dr. Hood realized the power of online learning and believes that an online learning community is a perfect platform for collaboration and growth. Dr. Baldomir and Dr. Hood have worked together on a number of research studies, articles, and projects over the past two decades. This partnership and their desire to bring leadership education to everyone has led to the creation of Eleven Evergreen.
